Let's Get Real

We take everything from the first two sessions and apply it to your most important upcoming conversation. We go deeper on what your stakeholder actually wants in this specific situation: their stakes, their concerns, their objections. You leave ready for the conversation.

Week 4

Take It Forward

We look at what's different now for you and make sure you leave with a clear picture of how to keep building influence from here. And the confidence to keep growing your credibility, your relationships, and your impact at every stage of your career.

You'll get 4 private, 90-minute sessions over 4 weeks. On Zoom.

Our coaching sessions are built around your real situations, not generic examples
You complete a short pre-session form before each call so we hit the ground running
In each session you decide what you want to do before we meet again and how you want to be held accountable
Between sessions you take those actions into the real world and bring back what happened
You pick the times that work for you directly from my calendar
Everything discussed is completely confidential. We sign a coaching agreement before we start.
